Terms & Conditions
1. Payments and Fees
1.1. Fees must be paid before or on the first session back and are paid on a half-termly basis.
1.2. Fees are reviewed annually in July.
2. Leaving
2.1. If a student leaves before the end of a term, no refunds will be given.
2.2. Notification of leaving must be provided in writing to the director of LMT Academy. A minimum 2 weeks' notice is required.
3. Clothing
3.1. Uniforms are available for purchase from LMT Academy.
3.2. For safety reasons, no jewellery or accessories should be worn to LMT Academy sessions.
3.3. Uniforms must be worn at every session.
4. Classes and Performances
4.1. LMT Academy aims to provide first class training in performing arts, combining fun with discipline. Disruptive behaviour may result in a verbal warning and, if necessary, exclusion from the school.
4.2. We reserve the right to exclude students from lessons at our discretion without refunding fees.
4.3. Promotional pictures and footage may be taken during certain classes; written requests are required if you prefer your child not to participate.
4.4. Our annual performance may be recorded. Personal recording equipment is not permitted unless announced otherwise.
4.5. Valuables (e.g., phones, jewellery) should not be brought to LMT Academy. We do not accept liability for lost or damaged belongings.
4.6. Parents must inform us if they will be late to pick up their child. Late charges may apply.
4.7. Students entering TV talent competitions must inform LMT Academy and request the use of the academy's name.
4.8. In case of session cancellation due to adverse weather conditions, refunds will not be given. Online learning will be provided instead.
4.9. Classes may be conducted live or online, depending on the decision of the owners. Payment for enrolment covers teaching in either format.
4.10. Enrolling in LMT Academy of Performing Arts constitutes agreement to the terms and conditions outlined.
